We are so excited to welcome to our team Aly Crouse, LMT, CST, RYT-200!

A lifelong student of holistic healing, Aly has studied many modalities with wise and experienced teachers which she has fused into her own unique style.

An appointment with Aly addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of the self. With great compassion, she assists her clients to nourish their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

 Aly is passionate about the healing power of bodywork and has studied Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release with the Upledger Institute since 2018. She completed both a Reiki Mastership training and 200-hour Yoga Teacher training in 2014 and has been teaching meditation and intuitive movement ever since.

ENERGY HEALING

An intuitive energy session with Aly will leave you with a deep sense of calm and peace. Working through the physical layers to release long-held tension, these sessions are meditative and restorative. Aly offers multilayered which is a fusion of Reiki, Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, and SomatoEmotional Release. This unique approach fosters inner wisdom and balance to achieve profound and lasting results.

Prenatal Massage

For all trimesters. Prenatal massage is an integral part of a holistic pregnancy and birth. Aly combines many techniques including Swedish massage, therapeutic deep tissue, reiki, and acupressure for a completely custom massage. Pregnancy-safe aromatherapy may be requested added to deepen the experience.

Sessions are done lying on your side with comfortable bolstering to support mom and baby.

Prenatal massage session can help with:

Prenatal Yoga

Practicing yoga during pregnancy gives you a quiet, relaxing, and restorative space to turn your attention inward and connect with your baby.

These sessions offer individualized guidance through each trimester with gentle stretching, mindful strength-building exercises, and breathwork. Aly’s special attention to alignment will help improve your practice whether you are an experienced practitioner or an enthusiastic newbie.
