What exactly is a Thai herbal poultice?

Tight shoulders, meet your match.💫 This Thai herbal poultice contains therapeutic herbs like bergamot, java apple leaf, patchouli, geranium, and of course (an office favorite over here at Indigo) lemongrass.  All of these herbs are packed into a muslin wrap and steamed before being applied to the shoulders, neck, and face.  It helps to relax areas of tension, improve circulation and increase lymphatic drainage.
